1. Appointment Scheduling:

Clients can conveniently schedule appointments with Mel through various booking methods, including phone/text (980-285-7195), or our online booking platform. To ensure availability, it's recommended to book appointments at least 48 hours/3 days in advance.

2. Services Offered:
Melody offers a diverse range of services, including protective styles, styling, wig installs, and more. A comprehensive list of services along with descriptions will be available on the booking platform or upon request.

3. Pricing:
Service prices are established based on the complexity and expertise required. Clients will have access to a transparent pricing list either on the booking platform or upon inquiry.

4. Deposit/Payment:
A deposit amount of 30% of the total service cost may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits can be made using the accepted payment methods. The remaining payment will be due upon completion of the appointment. Deposits are generally non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours/1 day of the appointment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours/3days notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so might result in a cancellation fee.

6. Health and Safety:
Creating a clean and safe environment is a top priority. All tools, equipment, and stations will be meticulously sanitized between appointments. Clients are encouraged to communicate any allergies or sensitivities.

7. Arrival Time:
Clients are advised to arrive promptly to ensure sufficient time for the desired services. Late arrivals could lead to adjusted service times or rescheduling.

8. Guest Policy:
Clients are encouraged to attend appointments alone to maintain a focused environment. If a client wishes to bring a guest, it's recommended to notify Melody in advance.

9. Consultation:
Each appointment will commence with a consultation to discuss hairstyle preferences, color choices (if applicable), and desired outcomes. The hairstylist will offer professional recommendations based on the client's input and hair characteristics.

10. Communication:

Open and clear communication is highly valued. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback during the service if they have any concerns or preferences. The hairstylist will also provide guidance on aftercare and maintenance.

11. Aftercare Instructions:
Clients will receive comprehensive aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the service received. Adhering to these instructions is crucial for optimal results.

12. Professional Expertise:
Melody is equipped with extensive experience and expertise to deliver exceptional service. Clients can trust in her skills to achieve the desired look.

13. Feedback:
Client feedback is welcomed and appreciated. Constructive feedback aids in maintaining and enhancing service quality.

14. Privacy:
Client information and service details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

By booking an appointment with Mel, clients acknowledge their understanding and agreement with the outlined booking policy. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated well in advance.
