DUE TO COVID 19 ALL CLIENTS ARE NEEDED TO BE COVID SYMPTOMS FREE! IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING GOOD BY ANY CHANCE, PLEASE CANCEL APPOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULE. MASK IS REQUIRED! 

  • There will be a $10 deposit due via cash-app ( $MelodyRlucas), or a full payment upon checkout. This $10 will go towards your service and remainder balance is due the day of your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In any case that you can not make it to your appointment, please notify me via email or text 24-48 hours in advance and your deposit will be credited to your next service.

WIG INSTALLS

  • WIG MUST BE DROPPED OFF ATLEAST 48hrs IN ADVANCE WITH NAME, STYLE,DATE OF APPOINTMENT ON A PIECE OF PAPER. After setting the appointment, you will receive the location to drop off your unit. This same location is where your appointment will be held. YOU MUST DROP OFF YOUR UNITS IN MY HANDS.

  • Melsgiftedhands does not install damaged units or used units from different hairstylist so please be mindful that hair is manageable.

  • Your hair must be washed and combed out properly or add wash and blowout to service.  

  • Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

  • IF YOU ARE ADDING STYLING TO YOUR HAIR, ( ANY CUTS, CURLS , CRIMPS, SWOOPS, ECT.) PLEASE ADD THAT ONCE BOOKING. THESE STYLES REQUIRES ADDITIONAL TIME AND I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SATISFY YOUR NEEDS IF YOU TELL ME THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

 

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR LACE IS AT LEAST YOUR SHADE OR LIGHTER. NO THICK LACES! MAKE SURE THAT YOUR LACE HAS A STRETCH TO IT.

Transparent lace: Lighter skin complexion but can go for darker complexion with blended makeup or tint.

Swiss Brown Lace: Brown skin complexion or darker

HD lace: for all skin tones

CUSTOMS

Please add head measurements ( 22 in: small/medium) ( 23in: Large)

Please add a note if you are getting hair styled.

No old, damaged cut wefts, wet or damped hair!!

If you are shipping wig/bundles in, please ship to business address after booking. 

Order will be start the day I receive your wig/bundles

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for orders to be made and processed.

PROTECTIVE STYLES

Please come with hair washed and blown out or add it to service.

Hair must be at least 3in long for any braid, twist or loc style.

I do not rush appointments so please plan according to schedule for protective styles that I offer can take up to 5 or more hours.

I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR AT THE MOMENT BUT I DO HELP ASSIT YOU ON WHAT HAIR TO GET OR I CAN ADD HAIR INTO PRICE AND BUY IT FOR YOU ALONG WITH AN INVOICE.

​ONCE YOU LEAVE MY SEAT, WHITIN 24 HOURS … YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN AND KEEP UP HAIR! I WILL GIVE ADVICE ON HOW TO MAINTAIN STYLE AND WHAT TO DO.

  • *10 minutes late $10

  • *‎15 minutes late $25

  • *‎20 minutes late no appointment (Labeled as NO CALL/NO SHOW)

  • No call/No show = No more appointments

  • SAME DAY CANCELLATION. Same Day Cancellation of your appointment (cancelled prior to your appointment start time) will result in a charge/fee.

  • ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO CANCEL THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED VIA PHONE, TEXT, EMAIL, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC... ALL CLIENTS MUST LOG IN TO THE BOOKING SITE TO CANCEL.

There is a $40 schedule accommodation fee for asking to schedule outside of normal business hours.
